Psychoanalyst London
Portland practice are a team of psychoanalysts in London's Harley Street who provide a unique approach to counselling. After an initial consultation session to determine your particular needs, we will identify the most appropriate therapy. We then assign the best psychoanalyst qualified in your particular area of concern, and offer you a bespoke service, flexible to your schedule and requirements.
Whilst we are able to offer long term and continual support, we also specialise in intensive 12-week programs in order to combat direct and urgent concerns.
The predominant structure for psychotherapy is individual, 50-minute sessions with specialist consultants.
We advise after the initial consultation an assessment of three 50-minute sessions to determine your therapeutic pathway.
We also provide experienced group leaders for personal development groups, self help groups, life coaching groups and reflective behavioural groups. Our practitioners in this field have lengthy experience in group facilitation and development.

"Modern culture and society can create many pressures which we may find difficult, terrifying or shameful. The therapeutic setting acts as a still point in a chaotic world, providing consistent non-judgemental support, availability, help and care. Working within this environment is a privilege."
